Bad Boys for Life in 4DX Movie Review
The boys are back after more than a decade and a half away and are showing their age. That advancement is used as ammunition for an ongoing riff off between the two and provides material for a few good laughs to be had at the other’s expense. The story is sufficient enough to stitch together the action sequences and includes topics like growing old, dealing with crazy ex-girlfriends and their off spring and of course revenge, lots of revenge.

Dolittle Movie Review
Fast forward to 2020 and you now have the latest film attempt to capture some of that magic. It’s loosely based on Lofting’s second book, The Voyages of Doctor Dolittle that was originally published way back in 1922. It gives lead actor Robert Downey Jr a chance to break out of the MCU and franchise straitjacket for well, another franchise.

Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon Movie Review
With this new work, Aardman Studios have lost none of their charm. It’s still very British and remains quite easily digestible. They also put those wonderful touches in that you need to be on the lookout for, like the Doctor Who cameo and the obligatory reference to toast.

Spies in Disguise Movie Review
The look of the animated film mixes photo realistic images, of things like cars and buildings with the overly exaggerated human features prominent amongst comic book characters. It’s a mix that doesn’t always fit together comfortably. The set designs however are often times fantastic looking.

More strongly aimed at a youth market, it works in some strange ways to make it relevant to adults. This even includes a never seen before naked tattooed Yakuza butt and ...
Jumanji: The Next Level Movie Review
The film easily divides into two halves, with the less impactful opening stanza setting up essential the same storyline as the films that have come before but with a minor tweak that doesn’t really pay off. They add two new characters into game play, Eddie (Danny DeVito) and Milo (Danny Glover) and when Eddie is cast into the Dwayne Johnson character, the Rock just can’t do justice to the DeVito voice and his mannerisms.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Movie Review
It pulls out all the stops in its effort to entertain and to bring the overriding story arc to a popular conclusion, this includes surprise cameos and events that have been on the cards for quite a while now. It provides almost too much information upon first view and will certainly divide the uber fan as few franchises have such vested followers.
