Maleficent: Mistress of Evil Movie Review
Returning to the role of the big evil is Angelina Jolie and it is one she comfortably inhabits. Her angular look and acting style suits the requirements perfectly. She is however given a run for her money in the evil stakes by Michelle Pfeiffer as Queen Ingrith. Pfeiffer dominates every scene she is in and her final dispensation is fitting and funny.

Despite the over fifty-year gap between the first Poppins film released back in 1964 and the new sequel, Disney has brought the story up to date. Animation technology has changed massively since 2004 and the new edition looks great, with far more detail in the backgrounds, the character’s details are also enhanced.
