PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie – Movie Review

With animated films aimed at younger audience members, there is a trend to include adult content to keep the parental units entertained. Sometimes these efforts are well hidden and sometimes so obvious that they lead to embarrassing questions post-screening.

With PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, the adult content subtle or not is completely stripped away. This is a film that can comfortably be shown to young people of all ages. It was just my good fortune to experience it with my favourite little person in the entire world Eva.

She was enthralled throughout its ninety-two-minute running time. The human characteristics given to those cute canines made it easy for her to relate to all cast members and even helped her pick out a favourite one. Which she rooted for throughout the screening. The action was exciting but non-threatening.

Reflected through the eyes of a five-and-a-half-year-old, PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie comes up a winner. It’s successful mix of visual spectacle and easy story telling make for a great time and one that will keep the little ones involved from start to finish.
