The Hothead Chilli Fiesta is Brisbane’s premier gourmet food festival for all those that love a little spice in their lives.
The Caxton Hotel will be home to Brisbane’s biggest celebration of chilli in all it’s forms, from mild to wild. Hothead’s market will feature Australia’s best sauces, spices, jerky and more.
The Caxton’s kitchen will have a special chilli filled menu and food trucks will be on site serving up the spice.
For the brave, there will be chilli eating competitions throughout the day for your chance at fame and glory.
Entry is FREE and the whole day kicks off at 12pm.

Chinchilli (Kingaroy) – High quality chilli sauces and seeds, all grown, processed and manufactured in-house.
Clem & Franks (Upper Kedron) – Delicious hot sauces, hand made in Brisbane from home grown chillies.
Cobra Chilli (Mudgeeraba) – World champion sauce makers with a range of delicious craft chilli sauces, curry spice blends, Indian style chutneys and pickles.
Rata Kai (Eagleby) – newcomers Rata Kai make, sell and deliver top quality steamed puddings. They do a chilli chocolate steamed pudding that will blow your mind!
Seatonfire Chilli Chocolate (Murphy’s Creek) – Australia’s only handmade, hand wrapped luxury chilli chocolate.
Shashemane Exotic Spice Blends (Kingsthorpe) – Multi-award winning exotic spice blends and hot sauces.
