Brisbane’s Bayside festival Wynnum Fringe returns bigger than ever before!

Wynnum Fringe has raised the curtain on a packed program of star-studded performances, special events, spectacular artists and family firsts, converging on Brisbane’s beautiful Bayside from 16 November to 4 December 2022.

Each week of the program runs through a different theme, starting with yana marumba – meaning “walk good” in Quandamooka language, highlighting Wynnum Fringe’s strong connection to Country and the Bayside’s Indigenous community as well as First Nations programming including Dane Simpson’s Digeridoozy.

Eurotrip and Local Legends follow over the next two weeks, respectively, which will see productions from internationally-renowned artists to homegrown heroes performing across the multiple Bayside venues including Cedar & Pine Bar, Frenchies UpLate, The Shed and the George Clayton Park, which will also house the brand-new festival hub – Wynnum Fringe Garden.
