Alex Lawther (The End Of The F***ing World) is Amberson, the geek who helps Winchester (Jonah Hauer-King) the dim witted stud get the girl.</p>

<p>The film successfully mixes humour with a number of worthwhile life lessons. It’s all filtered through that established British schoolboy sensibility and this keeps things quirky and the end squarely in that old battler tradition.</p>
