Mumford & Sons are very pleased to share the details of their forthcoming fourth album. Delta will be released on the 16th of November through Dew Process/ UMA. It was recorded at The Church Studios in London and produced by Paul Epworth.

A huge, sixty date tour in thirteen different countries will be revealed on the 5th October, starting later this year.

Since the release of Wilder Mind in May 2015, and the collaborative Johannesburg mini-album in the Summer of 2016, Mumford & Sons have found a rich, prolific vein of form in the writing for Delta. Where Wilder Mind harnessed a widescreen electric sound that seemed custom built to be belted back to them from the festival main stages, Delta loses none of that sense of scale, but couples it with an intimacy and jubilance that has so successfully combined to make Mumford & Sons one of the biggest bands of recent years. Guiding Light is the perfect example of that – a dizzying folk-rock song that builds, builds, explodes and then explodes again. An emphatic return.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: block;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-9550766590923202" data-ad-slot="4069408586" data-ad-format="link"></ins>

Delta is a record of differing shades, colours and textures. It’s also a record that marks ten years since Mumford & Sons formed and draws on that shared experience of being on and off the road. It’s a moving collection of songs perhaps more intimate and expansive, both lyrically and musically, than ever before. It’s also a tender listen, introspective and reflective but married with those ecstatic stadium-sized dynamics. It sounds like a career-defining body of work.

Sigh No More, the band’s debut album, celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2019. It’s an album that lit the fuse for an incredible decade. Yet despite the multiple number one records that they have notched up across the world, it’s taking those songs out on the road that continues to define them. The announcement of Delta will be followed shortly by a sixty-date tour around the world, kicking off in November.

Delta is a substantial, exciting record by a British band in the form of their lives.

Delta will be out November 16!

The Killers burst onto the scene in 2004, topping Australian charts and going Double Platinum with their debut album Hot Fuss. Featuring hit singles ‘Mr. Brightside’ and ‘Somebody Told Me’, the album received instant popularity and widespread international success.

Their early success continued with two further platinum albums Sam’s Town (2006) and Day & Age (2008), smash singles like ‘When You Were Young’, ‘Human’ and ‘Read My Mind’, and a touring schedule featuring headline arena shows and festival slots around the world including Glastonbury, Coachella and Lollapalooza.

The band’s forthcoming new album Wonderful Wonderful is the band’s first new material since Battle Born (2012). Produced by Jacknife Lee, the album was recorded between Jacknife’s Los Angeles studio and the band’s own Battle Born recording studio in Vegas.

Teased by a series of incredible new songs – ‘The Man’, ‘Run For Cover’ ‘Some Kind Of Love’ and title track ‘Wonderful Wonderful’ – the album is the band’s most sonically forward-thinking record yet, bursting with all of the blazing choruses and arena-pleasing anthems that make them one of the world’s biggest and beloved rock bands.

The Killers are finally returning to New Zealand and Australia! As one of the world’s most popular rock bands, these shows are not to be missed. Fans are encouraged to act now to avoid missing out!

Riding high on an unstoppable wave of recent success, LANY, LA’s finest purveyors of intergenerational alternative music, return to Australia for three huge capital city shows in 2018. Their debut self-titled album, released in June last year, was the highest charting debut album on the Billboard Charts in 2017, and if last year’s Splendour in the Grass set is anything to go by, these will be some of the hottest tickets around.

A buzz band from the very beginning, LANY (standing for Los Angeles New York) kicked off in 2014 when Paul Klein, Les Priest and Jake Goss folded their respective musical dreams into one unifying vision. Utilising an ancient laptop and a wealth of ideas, they put together a few cuts of irresistibly smooth synth-pop in the vein of Phoenix and Glass Animals; glowing with charm and melody.

On a whim, they uploaded two of these tracks; Hot Lights and Walk Away, onto SoundCloud, hoping for a couple of clicks. What eventuated was an extraordinary torrent of hype. Audiences fell hard for Klein’s breathy vocal style and direct lyricisms as well as the beds of gorgeous, flowing pop that framed them. It wasn’t long before both tunes started racking up millions of Spotify streams, establishing LANY as a band on the rise.

// ]]>

Since then, these three maestros’ have made it their mission to continually feed their increasingly rabid fan base, constantly releasing new music and dropping slick videos.

LANY’s singles ILYSB, yea, babe no way, Good Girls, WHERE THE HELL ARE MY FRIENDS have clocked up a staggering 17 million collective views on YouTube, with their latest release Super Far gaining over a whopping 10 million views within the space of only a few months. The success of these releases has led them to perform on Late Night with Seth Meyers and share the stage with pop sensation Halsey.

After wrapping up a huge 2017 with over 135 shows in more than 28 countries, LANY are gearing up for their biggest year yet, with upcoming performances at US festivals Coachella and Governor’s Ball, along with their upcoming trip down under which is sure to be hugely anticipated by their army of followers.

Aussie alt-rock favourites The Rubens have returned with a brand new, groove-fuelled single ‘Million Man’ and today Frontier Touring is thrilled to reveal the five-piece hailing from Menangle in NSW will bring their soulful tunes to life for Australian audiences this February and March.

The Rubens announced a colossal worldwide tour which, it has now been revealed, will now kick off with two special performances in New Zealand before returning to Australia for an East Coast headline tour, and then venturing to the United States and Europe.

Comprised of three Margin brothers, Zaac (lead guitar), Elliott (keyboards, vocals) and Sam (lead vocals, guitar) alongside friends Scott Baldwin (drums) and William Zeglis (bass), The Rubens’ two albums have been met with immense success with a third slated for release in 2018.

‘Million Man’ is the first taste of The Rubens’ highly anticipated third LP; accompanied by a music video shot in New York and premiered with Billboard. Teaming up with Run The Jewels producers/collaborators and brothers Wilder Zoby and Little Shalimar (AKA Torbitt Schwartz), The Rubens recorded the album in a newly created studio, a World War II communications bunker in the outskirts of Camden in Sydney’s deep South West and have just returned home from NYC where they put the final touches on the album.

Capturing attention with their 2012 self-titled debut album, The Rubens’ unique brand of bluesy rock – highlighted in singles ‘Lay It Down’, ‘My Gun’ and ‘Elvis’ – paved the road for the band and led to their LP reaching #3 on the ARIA Album Chart as well as receiving Platinum certification.

2015’s follow-up release Hoops saw The Rubens cram gritty guitars, foot-stomping rhythms and Sam Margin’s signature blues vocals that ooze country town swag into an epic round two of rock’n’roll tunes. Peaking at #2 on the ARIA Album Chart, Hoops was certified Gold with the band taking out the #1 spot on the triple j hottest 100 for the title track.

Don’t miss your chance to see Aussie favourites The Rubens this summer performing their biggest rock anthems. Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney fans are encouraged to act quickly in securing their tickets.

Veruca Salt’s signature hit ‘Seether’ remains one of the most-loved rock tunes of the ’90s. Not surprisingly, the band experienced a meteoric rise, doing everything a young band coming of age in the grunge era could hope for – selling more than a million records, touring with alt-rock royalty Hole and PJ Harvey, and winning critical acclaim for albums like American Thighs (named after an AC/DC lyric).

After breaking up in 1998, the original line-up – Nina Gordon, Louise Post, Jim Shapiro and Steve Lack – re-formed in 2013 and were warmly welcomed back on stage. In 2015 they released their fifth studio album Ghost Notes, the first to feature the band’s original line-up since 1997’s Eight Arms To Hold You:

Hearts, minds and attendance records are set to be blown in January and February 2018 as Foo Fighters return to rock stadiums across Australia and New Zealand in support of their ninth studio album Concrete and Gold (out 15 September on Roswell Records/RCA Records through Sony Music Entertainment Australia and New Zealand).

The 11-time Grammy-winning, 25+ million-record-selling stadium rock greats will welcome the new year with an epic tour that kicks off at Perth’s nib Stadium on Saturday 20 January, before touring Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and wrapping up across the ditch at Auckland’s Mt Smart Stadium on Saturday 3 February.

Foo Fighters will be joined at all shows by very special guests Weezer, plus a local opener from each city on the tour.

Foo Fighters were last in Australia and New Zealand on their 20th Anniversary World Tour supporting their eighth album Sonic Highways, tearing through anthems including “Something From Nothing” and perennial favorites ‘Everlong’, ‘Learn To Fly’, ‘Best Of You’ and ‘My Hero’, picking up the record as one of 2015’s top five grossing tours in the process:

‘Hit after hit on a perfect summer night’ – Billboard

‘The crowd young and old joined in, belting out songs that span the best part of our lives… brilliant in every respect’ – The Adelaide Advertiser

Available for pre-order here, Concrete and Gold is the newest Foo Fighters music since 2015’s Saint Cecilia EP and the band’s first full-length album in three years. Concrete and Gold sees Foo Fighters add new dimensions to their trademark hard melodic rock n roll.

The public’s first taste of the new album came in the form of the most enthusiastically received single in Foo Fighters history, the surprise hard rock anthem of the year “Run”, and its time-traveling mind-warp of a video directed by Dave Grohl himself.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: block;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-9550766590923202" data-ad-slot="4069408586" data-ad-format="link"></ins>

The clip for follow-up single, “The Sky Is A Neighborhood” was a Grohl family affair, with Dave sitting in the director’s chair once more and his two daughters Violet and Harper playing the lead roles in the ‘rock and roll fairytale’ (Rolling Stone) video.

With producer Greg Kurstin (Adele, Sia, Pink) at the helm, Concrete and Gold seamlessly combines hard rock extremes and pop sensibilities across those singles and nine more incredible tracks:

“I wanted it to be the biggest sounding Foo Fighters record ever. To make a gigantic rock record but with Greg Kurstin’s sense of melody and arrangement… Motorhead’s version of Sgt. Pepper… or something like that.” – Dave Grohl

These dates will be the first time Australian and New Zealand fans will experience tracks from Concrete and Gold live in all their glory, holding their own alongside Foo Fighters classics like “Walk”, “These Days”, “The Pretender”, “All My Life” “Times Like These” among countless others.

American alt-rockers Weezer will be leaving ‘Beverly Hills’ behind to join Foo Fighters as their very special guests at all Australian and New Zealand shows on the Concrete And Gold World Tour. These will be Weezer’s first shows in our countries since their acclaimed Blue Album Memories shows in 2013, and only their third AU & NZ tour ever in an illustrious 25+ year career defined by tracks like ‘Say It Ain’t So’, ‘Buddy Holly’, ‘Undone – The Sweater Song’, and ‘Island In The Sun’.

The release of Weezer’s eleventh studio album Pacific Daydream is slated for Friday 27 October through Warner Music, with lead singles ‘Feels Like Summer’ and ‘Mexican Fender’ already receiving buzz from fans and critics alike.

Each Australian and New Zealand show will feature a local opener –

Surf punk three-piece Cosmic Kahuna will open the Perth show. Their mix of punk rock attitude and heavy metal riffs, bound together by the true grit of rock and roll, will get your blood pumping from the very first riff.

Amyl and the Sniffers will open the Adelaide show. Since forming last year, the quartet has dished out their short, fast and much-loved punk rock to packed-out pubs across the country.

DZ Deathrays will once again join Foo Fighters on tour, opening their Brisbane show. The Brisbane thrash/party duo opened two shows on Foo Fighters’ 2011 tour and are back to treat audiences to their electrifying sound once more.

Revered rockers The Preatures will open the Sydney show, kicking off proceedings with a visceral live performance that has earned them a reputation of one of Australia’s most-acclaimed live acts.

Known and loved for their wild and chaotic live performances, hardcore outfit Clowns will open the Melbourne show. The crowd will bear witness to a performance that is equal parts dangerous and frivolous, strap in.

Dynamic and driving Wellington punk band Ayn Randy will open the Auckland show. With a sound duly spiked with shout-a-long hooks, expect a set filled with plenty of urgent punk on rip-roaring songs.

Make no mistake: Foo Fighters’ Concrete and Gold Australian and New Zealand tour with special guests Weezer will be one for the history books. Act quick to secure your tickets to be part of one of the season’s most epic tours.
