The growth of the festival has been quite extraordinary. Since its beginnings in 2003, when it was a small festival for the Russian community, the Russian Resurrection Film Festival has grown rapidly, tripling in size and geographic reach - covering Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth and New Zealand.
