After seeing national success, the critically-acclaimed 44 Sex Acts in One Week is now making its way to Brisbane Powerhouse for four steamy nights.

Girl meets boy. Girl hates boy. Girl f*** boy 44 times. The world collapses.

This live foley comedy gig is an apocalyptic rom-com, told through six microphones, four plastic sex tarps and lots of fruit.

Watch five actors go down on their microphones and some random fruit in a theatrically dextrous response to humanity’s decision to hit the accelerator, turn off the headlights, and surge into the dark wilds of the 21st century.

44 Sex Acts in One Week will be showing at the Underground Theatre at Brisbane Powerhouse on Wednesday 8 to Saturday 11 September as part of Brisbane Festival.

Expect plenty of laughs and plenty of fruit.
